At a meeting of all the program leaders of the S-1 committee, it is decided to proceed with all five currently accepted methods of producing fissionable materials:

Isotope Separation;
(1) Centrifuge
(2) Gaseous Diffusion
(3) Electromagnetic
Plutonium Production;
(4) Graphite Pile
(5) Heavy Water Pile
The estimated cost is set at $500,000,000
